The Apartment House is located about 850 meters from the center of Balatonlelle in a very quiet area, with a playground nearby :-) and about 1000 meters from the water's edge and the beach, so everything is within easy walking distance.

In the center, a pedestrian street, restaurants, shops, cafes, famous pastry shops await visitors :-). The apartments are in brand new condition, each has a separate entrance, they are very well equipped, each has its own terrace, and there is a common garden area with the house! We Love Balchik:-)

The place
The house is divided as follows: 2 upstairs apartments, 1 2-room apartment 40sqm+10sqm with private terrace, separate kitchen for 5 people, separate bathroom, and 1 2-room apartment, 40sqm+10sqm with private terrace for 5 people, separate kitchen, separate bathroom, both apartments have their own entrance. On the ground floor there are 2 apartments, 1 1-room apartment, 30sqm+10sqm with private terrace for 3 people, separate kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom, and 1 1-room apartment, separate kitchen, separate bathroom and toilet, 30sqm+10sqm with private terrace! Both lower apartments also have their own entrance! A little kindness:-) For our guests staying at our holiday home, we provide a 5% discount on consumption at our Bier-Lak Street-Food Restaurant, located about 800 meters from the Apartment House:-)
